Eventer, showjumper and dressage. Experienced rider Roo (Wairu River) Claimed off the track horse imported from New Zealand – 16.1hh 16 years old. He did not race for long at all and retired from racing injury free. Been there, done that. Currently competing in EA events, pony club and is currently competing with his rider in the VIC Showjumping Development Squad. He is an honest, kind thoroughbred who has been with previous owner, competing extensively in grade 2 eventing and dressage, current owner showjumping up to 110cm. He is currently in full work. Chance 15.3/16hh 15yo mixed breed (some paint, Arab, wb?) gelding. Chance is an incredibly fun horse who will suit someone who loves a keen, competitive jumper. He has a huge jump which belies his breeding, and is brave, quick and careful. In his ideal world he would jump every single day. He is very capable on the flat, and has three good paces including an excellent, big canter. He covers a lot of ground, and easily makes distances. However he is always enthusiastic (ready to jump!), and does require a kind, patient rider to keep him soft and using his body on the flat. He has competed 105 showjumping, and regularly trained 110/115. He has attended Pony Club, interschool events, has cross country schooled and done extensive trail riding. Always ridden in a snaffle. Whilst he has previously been ridden by juniors, he is a lot of horse (more so when jumping), and I believe he would be best suited to an adult wanting a fun jumping horse, or for a competitive older junior who is already riding a forward horse with a good jump. He is an incredibly kind and safe horse, who always puts 100% in. He is a horse that wants to be ridden very regularly, and he deserves to find a home with someone who will truly love and appreciate the special horse he is. 16.1 Warmblood X Gelding Jackson (Aachenstein) has competed up to 1.05 in his first competition season in 2024. He had a late start in life being broken in as a 6yo. He was owned by my neice but unfortunately uni took her away leaving Jackson to spell in a paddock. I took him over after an 18 month spell and straight back on the saddle. Jackson has a amazing scope and is very careful. He has been to a few shows and many SJ clinics. Ties up all day without fuss. Lovely OTTB gelding , very nice and very kind nature boy, please no beginners for him as he deserves some experienced rider , very quiet to ride , no spook no dirt no rear no buck. Can be lazy if ride too long but usually quiet forward. Safe boy he can even jump. He spelled well for 4 months and now just comeback to work. He can be alone he can be with friends . Friendly to other horses and other animals like goats, cats, dogs. Loves his food not fussy at all. I didnt measure him but roughly 16hh. He is 6yo and his race name is Tenace. Feels like he will suit some young confident teenager. He will follow you in the paddock, comes for hugs and want some love. Good to float, farrier, respect fencing and etc Does eat carrots if you cut it small pieces. He was very easy to ride on the track. Sweet boy and I want him to find loving family. I have 4 horses at home and physically cant keep him but I will help him to find his perfect home. He has a small dimple on his side. His mother stepped on him when he was a newborn. It doesn't bother him at all, as he raced without any problems.When I took him home , he passed about 6 bodyworks with Sue Parker. Farrier just trimmed his hoofs 2 weeks ago, teeth good, I wormed him 3 weeks ago. He will come with canvas and one spring rug. Message me if interested I have more pics with him.Asking 3
