This Two-Seater Buggy (unassembled) with steel-covered wooden wheels has been carefully restored and is in good condition. The Abbott Buggy was originally designed in America and then adapted for Australian conditions by local coachbuilders such as Arthur Wynne and Cobb & Co int the 1850’s. Due it’s suitability for Australian conditions and popularity it has been referred to as the FJ Holden of the late 19th century.
