Chunky SB Mare

Chunky girl looking for a new forever home for bum scratches & carrots due to owner injury. Big, solid, loveable 14yr old 15.3h (unmeasured) mare. Do not want her going to waste in the paddock as I’m unable to ride for quite some time. Photos taken 16.9.22 fresh from paddock without being worked in just on 5weeks so a bit dirty, grotty & full of energy. She’s a great horse in the paddock to ride, with or without others and great on trails. When fresh she can throw her head around and snort a bit for a few minutes then settles down and focuses on her rider. Would suit intermediate and up riders. Easy to catch, groom, rug & great for the farrier (barefoot). Her downfall… loading on the float. She is a smart & strong girl & knows it, with my recovering from a spinal injury she has picked up I’m not as strong or willing to push the limits as I use to be so will stand on the ramp & not go further for a while but does load & is fine once in & travelling. She seems to load easier into angle or bigger floats (mine is only a little 2HSL) and had been trucked before I got her.
