Groovy TB gelding This boy is a gentle sole and absolute sweetheart. Such a kind hearted boy. He has no nasties No rear Buck Bolt Bite or kick He does have a slightly swayed back which he was born with, although did not affect his race career or his a ability to be currently ridden Groovy has been used for trail riding only and prefers the laid back slow life, although can get up and go if you want him too. Has carried and is great green beginner riders, kids toddlers, everyone! Great lead horse for the youngsters also. Will let the kids climb all over him and doesn't put a foot wrong. Great to catch rug, will float well once loaded Although can take time to load to float. Currently unshod On seven week rotation with farrier- stands great Dental completed december- also has no issues with his dental visits. He has not been ridden for approx 6mths since my injury. I am also moving overseas and cannot take him with me. But is the type you can leave, get on and go. Very reluctant sale but needs someone who is going to give him the work and riding he deserves to build him back out and maybe introduce him to more disciplines. 17in Wintec Pro Stock saddle in great condition. Rare find as they don't make that colour anymore Always stored in shed and only minimal use For sale as no longer have the horse it was for, easy change gullet like most Wintecs, currently has a red (wide) gullet in it happy to change if wanting a different size as I have a few other sizes laying around. Has one slight scratch as can be seen in photos but should buff out with some oiling. Buster was a race horse, after this he was a trial riding horse for a few years and then did not much for a couple of years before I bought him. I purchased him 2 years ago as a quiet horse for my kids to work with. He is very kind, ideally he will go to someone who just wants a horse to look after and do the odd trail ride. He is no good for jumping... well that I know of. He does pull back which i'm sure someone who knows more about horses could work with, he is good to groom and saddle, we often ride him after having not been ridden for a couple of weeks and no problem. He is a good doer. He needs consistent work on his feet to keep them in check as he is prone to cracked hoofs. He would float easily but I haven't put him on a float since I bought him. He is currently at Agistment where he could stay if you were local to Yandina creek or Sunshine Coast, it is really reasonable priced Agistment. Happy to sell him with all his gear included in the price. We don't have the time I wish we did for Buster and he deserve a bit more than we can offer him.
