Akaroa Tia Maria is a 13yo 16hh Percheron x TB x SH x QH mare. She is seriously the easiest horse to have around, she adores her humans, carrots and love. Tia has showjumped competitively to 1m, evented 95cm (won at 80cm), established at novice dressage.Tia has established laterals, the cutest trot the planet has seen, and a canter that makes you feel like youre flying (in a good way!). Shes a beyond honest ride around a showjumping course and can kick it up a few gears in a jump off. Shes a cracking ride cross country, rarely hesitating at anything she just loves her job. We have sworn we would never sell her, but unfortunately with her daughter coming on and property not getting bigger, we have decided that it is time to see her make another persons dreams come true.She has only attended a handful of shows this year, coming 2nd in the EVA80cm at Canberra in March. Most recently she finished 12th in the EVA95cm at Scone horse trials in early November - adding only one (very much rider) rail to her dressage score. The first 5 photos on this ad are from that event (01/11/25-02/11/25). She was only in work for 5 weeks before Scone, where she attended the Canowindra show and Moruya Showjumping placing in every class she entered and not taking one rail either show (65cm-90cm classes).Tia has been in our family since she was 7 years old and produced brilliantly by my mother. She is as flash and as fun as they come. She has won over many hearts with her honest attitude and ground covering canter. Tia has had one foal for us by Highland Blue Diamond who has inherited her intelligent and willing attitude.She gets ridden out on trails alone and in groups (although she prefers to be in front). She is the same to ride when in work or when bought in after time off. Tia self-loads onto floats, hops onto the truck with no fuss, and ties up beautifully. SOLD Abbie 15.2 hh 15 year old brown/black mare Part Percheron - part Australian Stock Horse with a small percentage of Waler. I have made the hard decision to retire from riding as now over 60 years of age and it is time for Abbie to find a new partner.Abbie is currently in constant work 5-6 times a week (for the past 5 weeks) and is progressing really well. Prior to November 2024 Abbie was only being worked 2-3 times a week due to my time constraints and some personal injuries. She is a sweet girl and gives 100% every time. She is very smart and thrives on variety in her training. I have competed Abbie at low level dressage, taken her to natural horsemanship clinics, taken her to indoor arenas and ridden her around my previous neighbours vineyard. Unfortunately since Covid and due to my personal circumstances I have not competed over the last few years - just ridden on the property where she is now kept. Abbie would benefit from a rider who is experienced. She is not suitable for a beginner. No nasty habits, Abbie is a good doer - loves her food - the Percheron side of her Barefoot and good for the Trimmer. Teeth just done at the beginning of November, along with tetanus and strangles. Karangi Rollo is a purebred Percheron colt born November 2024 with registration pending with PHBAA. Rollo is currently dark grey/black but will grey out as the years pass to classic Percheron white. Rollo has a beautiful friendly calm personality full of curiosity and personality. As a yearling he stands about 15hh and is expected to mature approx 17hh. Rollo has had basic ground handling including grooming, tie up and introduced to farrier work and float loading. His siblings are both used in harness and as ridden horses and Rollo has a look and style that would suit performance.
