Purchased August 2022 off the track. Retired due to sustaining a minor suspensory issue near side, spelled til February 2023, vet checked, all clear. Brought back in for light cattle work, check stock water for 3 months until June 2023, put in a paddock with an aged dairy steer, they became best buddies, Frankie was devastated when the steers' agistment came to an end. Back beside cows and calves, where he is happy.. He has never been fed, even during dry times, and always maintained his weight on roughage as all our thoroughbreds do.
