Karlana Premonition (“Pedro”) Pedro is an 18-year-old, 12.2hh Australian Riding Pony with an outstanding résumé and a kind, genuine nature. He would suit a competent young rider who enjoys riding regularly and appreciates a forward, responsive pony. Pedro has no vices — he does not bite, buck, bolt, rear, or kick. He is naturally forward off the aids and very responsive, making him unsuitable for an independent beginner rider, but ideal for a confident child wanting to be competitive. He has been shown up to Royal and National level, achieving wins across the country. For the past seven years, Pedro has been a reliable Pony Club mount for multiple riders and has proven himself to be safe and sensible in a variety of environments. On the ground, Pedro is a dream to handle:

, Very manageable for young riders He is suitable for younger siblings on the lead line, but due to his forward nature, he is not suitable for beginners riding independently. Pedro is very soft and responsive to the aids, easily works into a frame, and could confidently return to the show ring. He would also be a competitive Pony Club or Interschools mount in dressage and show jumping. He has jumped up to 80cm, but is most comfortable and consistent at 60–70cm. He is not suitable for games unless ridden by a very confident rider, as he can become excited. Pedro is currently in light work, is a very good doer, and has no previous medical issues. Halsteds Bruno Registered- C Sire- SIMMARON 15,3hh very big solid boy 9yr old Bruno came to me incredibly shut down. First ride he bucked me off. We have done a lot of ground work since and I believe he is ready for me to try ride again. However my own anxiety is preventing me from getting back on. He now runs to line up to the mounting block, I’ve been on him bareback and have layed over him with full weight with a saddle without any bad reactions. I have videos of his previous owners riding him. He did feedlot with his previous owners. Bruno is very sensitive, very forward moving and very smooth in his paces. He can roll back, side pass, stop on a dime, light on his front end and will back up beautifully. He's a beautiful natured boy who just needed some trust and help working through his issues. I HIGHLY recommend you do a few weeks of ground work to get his trust prior to riding. He is sensitive and can be reactive if pushed too quickly with a new rider. He’s easy to catch once he knows you, loves a cuddle, easy to rug, picks up his front feet for you but he can kick with his back legs when picking them up. You can brush his tail all day, stand behind him and jump around without him kicking it’s only if you ask him to pick them up. Please only enquire if you are an experienced rider and trainer!!! He is not for the first time trainer or beginner rider. He deserves someone to give him the best opportunity to shine again I’m only holding him back. He will only be sold to the most gentle knowledgeable home!
