Borambola Ace is a 15'3 (unmeasured) 5yr old ASH x TB black gelding with temperament and ability to excel in anything dressage/showjumping/eventing/pony club/showing. Ace is sired by our open stock horse stallion Clarkes Stud Tee Why HSH - 197519, and out of a TB mare Midnight Wine - NZ. Ace has been to pony club and pony club camps as well as Hay show last year. He is fine with machinery and dog, easy to clip/rug/shoe. Very quiet to do anything with and always try his best, has a willing to learn attitude. He has three lovely paces, and covers the ground beautifully. He is very relaxed and a pleasure to own and do anything with. Ace loves to jump and has a beautiful confident canter to go with. He is by an open Campdraft horse which he may also suit camp drafting/showing. Pending registration. Big, flashy gelding with a very soft mouth. He has a lot of natural cow and is showing a lot of potential. Has had a small amount of training so he is still green, but with more training should make a very competitive camp horse in the right hands. Has had lots of miles with bikes, choppers, dogs etc. Sire: St Elmo Cassidy Dam: Lynxs Dolly So he’s got Conman, Acres and Peppy San Badger lines. His dam was unreal to chase a cow on. He’s not registered but can be. He’s never bucked or done anything nasty. He can be nervous on the ground. But he’s very sensible to ride. 2 year old gelding Registered 269258 Sire: Tassas Robin Hood Henry with the sweetest boy so willing to please. First one up to you in the paddock. Dam: Hannaford Stud River Rose. Got this boy off Alan Hannaford as a yearling and he had had minimal handling basically straight out of the paddock and into my yards. He has come so far since I have had him he can now: Tie Float Gets his feet done Had a bridle on Had a saddle on He is very soft and willing to learn. I have led him off a buggy. He has a slight clicking in his stifle which my vet has looked and said it is very minor and he will grow out of it when he builds his back end up and has more work. Does not hinder him at all can bolt around the paddock with his brother no problem. It is only when he starts off he lifts his leg quickly then walks out fine. He is ready for you to either finish him yourself or send off to the breaker but he will not have to do much as a lot has been done. I have ponied him off my 2 mares into rivers through the bush and down the beach took in all in his stride. He is the first to meet you in the paddock and will try his heart out to do what you are asking of him. He has never reacted to new experiences. Only selling him as I have his brother and do not have enough time to start 2 boys.
