Colby is a 16.1hh 15yo QHxWB Gelding.I have had Colby for the past 7 years, and in that time we have attended PC, competitions (rarely unplaced) and regular off property outings.Colby lives on a hobby farm so is well exposed to and quiet around motorbikes, cows, goats, alpacas and general farm machinery. He has also done some trail riding off property and was perfectly behaved around the road/cars. To ride Colby is more whoa than go and loves to plod around on the buckle, he has no vices but like most horses when left in a grassy paddock can become a bit fresh and be "spooky", for confident riders this will be no issue, but due to this, he would not be suited to anyone who would consider themselves a nervous rider and would suit someone who can manage his paddock accordingly.He is an easy keeper having never hard fed him and has always been kept barefoot.Colby was my first big horse after coming off a 13hh beginner pony and has taught me lots.
