A beautifully presented 13hh mare, 12 years old, offering an excellent opportunity for a confident young rider or small adult. Currently ridden by an 8-year-old but ideally suited to a confident 10/11-year-old or older as she is a bit too strong for my daughter. Ridden in snaffle, has an amazing scopey jump, both over XC and show jumps and never refuses! She has serious potential to be a brilliant PC games pony.Performance:Consistently jumping C-grade at 75cm with potential for B-grade cross-country and show jumping. She is clearing the C Grade jumps with ease. She is a brave jumper and does not refuse.Shows excellent trainability and willingness with dressage, and pretty enough to show. She softens into the bridle within minutes and is very comfortable (I've been training her bareback and sitting trot is awesome when on the bit)Lots of ground work done and a very fast learner.Has done games at pony club and naturally changes her canter lead around poles. Can be competitive once she gets moving, she is loads of fun.Temperament:- Sweet, affectionate and eager to please- No rear, buck, bolt, pigroot, biting or kicking. She is not a marey mare!- Easy to catch, loves carrots. Self loads onto the float and loves a rug as she feels the cold like I do! Easy to worm and great for the vet. She has tough little feet and doesnt require shoes.- Used to children, dogs, farm machinery and unusual paddock activities (like soccer balls, tree climbers, bicycles while she's eating).- Has been hacked out a lot, can be strong on the trails, but ridden by a 13 yr old, often bareback on the roads. No issues with cars etc. Has double dinked 2 kids and been ridden in halter with rugs on to anf from the paddock.- Has been led with younger riders but can be looky at times so not suitable for a nervous beginner. Has done pony club, sporting comps, ag shows, shown in hand, showjumping, trail rides, beach rides. Used In Riding School camps as a liead line or beginners pony. SHe would be more suitable as a 2nd/3rd pony as she can be a forward moving girl but a comfy ride with a lovely jump. Taken off propety with no problem, stand at float happily at comps. great ground manners, caught and handled by children. A true little alrounder for a condifent rider.

Ridge Park Highgrove Prince AKA Charlie Brown 12yo gelding Registrations: EA, SHC, eligible Welsh Pony, Arabian Derivative Located SE QLD It is with great sadness that we have accepted our daughters legs are too long for our beautiful Charlie Brown and its time to find his next rider. Over the past 5 years, Charlie has taken our confident beginner to an established and accomplished rider. Charlie has been a superstar pony club mount and has excelled in the show ring but where Charlie really shines is in the dressage arena, with his exceptional movement. With his breeding, he looks and moves like a mini warmblood. We have jumped Charlie to 80cm and he has potential to go higher than this. Because of the wet weather, selling our property and our daughter growing too tall, Charlie has had limited outings over the past 2 years. Despite this and with no preparation, we took him to the SE QLD Interschool dressage championships in May 2025 and he easily placed 6th out of over 30 riders. He has the potential to go all the way in Pony Dressage for an ambitious rider/family. Charlie is a spirited pony who can throw the occasional pigroot, so he needs a confident rider who has a balanced seat. Charlie is an easy keeper and has never had any health or soundness issues. Although our daughter was a confident beginner rider when we got Charlie, she had a lot of experience riding our farm horses. We will not sell Charlie to a beginner due to his forward nature.
