Talented Allrounder

ID: 5742

$0.00

  • Breed:Thoroughbred
  • Gender:Horse
  • Height:17h 3"
  • Age:11

FOR SALEFour Pillars Tonic is an 11 year old (2014), 17.3h Grey unraced TB gelding by Dash for Cash. Tonic is a genuine allrounder, he has primarily evented up to 2* level but has also done plenty of showjumping to 115/120 and successfully competed at elementary level dressage.Tonic is beautiful to ride on the flat, has big rhythmical warmblood like paces, is very adjustable for a big horse, always catches the eye and scores well at events. He is schooling up to medium level dressage and shows heaps of potential to progress further. Whilst he has been successful eventing the past few years at the higher levels he has his quirks and needs a confident rider to jump which Im happy to discuss with any serious buyers. Tonic is good to ride out alone or in company, has been in a water walker and very well travelled. He is good to float/truck/shoe/clip/catch etc. 100% sound and never had any issues. I would prefer to sell him to a dressage focused/adult riders home as I feel this is where he will really thrive and my only reason for sale. He would best suit a kind, confident and capable rider. Equimillions eligible and very competitive in the OTT classes. Very hard decision as I think the world of this horse so will only be available to the very best of homes. Beautiful Ottb mare for sale

  • Breed:Thoroughbred
  • Gender:Horse
  • Height:15h 3"
  • Age:14

Beautiful Thoroughbred Mare for Sale Flicka15.3hh | 14yo | OTTB MareFlicka is sadly offered for sale through no fault of her own. I am looking to progress to higher heights in showjumping, and she is not suited to that level. This is a very hard sale, and finding the right home is my absolute priority. She has previously competed in showjumping up to 80cm; however, she has recently become stressed and resistant when jumping, so she is best suited to low-level jumping only. Flicka truly shines on the flat and would be an excellent dressage, showing, pony club, adult riding club or a trail riding horse. She would also make a lovely broodmare if desired and has had a foal previously, easy to put in foal and a great mum!Flicka has beautiful movement with lovely paces and smooth transitions. She is very trainable, kind, and genuinely wants to please. She has a lovely Thoroughbred type with good conformation, a stocky build, and strong feet. She is fully sound. She does have minor cosmetic scarring on her back legs from a previous fence injury, which is purely cosmetic and easily covered for showing.Experience includes:Agricultural showsShowjumping competitionsClinics and lessonsTrail and road riding (alone and in groups)Bareback riding in a halter (walk, trot, canter)Temperament & Handling:Sweet, friendly, and easy to handleSelf-loadsExcellent for the farrierBehaves the same away from home as at homeBottom of the pecking orderRespects fencing and is easy to paddockUp to date with farrier and receives regular bodywork. Flicka is a genuinely lovely mare who deserves a forever home where she can be loved and given the attention she deserves. No time wasters please this is a very hard sale Please PM for price and further information

Langtree First Light

  • Breed:Riding Pony
  • Gender:Horse

Langtree First Light13.3hh riding pony and part welsh gelding. 12yo. Been exclusively ridden and handled by my 11yo daughter for the last year. Since we've had him he's attended clinics, pony club, games days, jumping days and shows. Easy to do everything with. Prior owners showed him extensively in his newcomer year for a win in his novice at Geelong and a placing in his novice at Brisbane. He's a sweetheart but is a shy and quirky kind of pony who needs the right home. He's not very brave in new situations and looks to his rider for guidance. He's better suited to a show home as he is happiest in the ring rather than all the new things that come with a pony club home. While he has been ridden by my daughter since she was 10 (who is a pretty gutsy and decent novice rider) he's best suited to a confident rider with experience with these types of ponies. He has a good show/dressage education, whereas my daughter prefers to hoon. She hasn't fully established an independent hands/seat to get the best out of him and collect him up. He's never been unsafe and is pull out of the paddock and go, no work down at shows type of pony. Currently not in regular work but being get on and go he's able to be viewed at any time. He does have a mild roach back as you can see in the pictures but no issues with fitting a current model ph pony to him. This saddle MIGHT be available for extra $$$, is in fantastic conditionI had him priced at $5000, but I've reduced his price and I'm quite negotiable to the right home. 1- no beginner or novice homes. He can get forward and at times, hot. 2- no project homes please. He thrives on knowing what is coming next and building a bond with his person3- prefer either straight showing home OR very experienced rider if doing anything else just because he needs someone to hold his hand when unsure. 4- may make a jumper in the right hands. He's very talented but his bravery can let him down. My daughter isn't a big fan of jumping high but has had no is...

All Round Pony

Rosie is a 13.3hh, 7yr Arabian/Welsh MareRosie has been with us since she was a yearling, she has always been handled by my daughter, easy to catch, rug, saddle, worm, trim/shoe, wash, plait, float, clip etc.Rosie has mainly been used for Pony Club and attended many Rallies, Gymkhana's, Games, Dressage days, Showjumping events and ODE's.She is super to ride bareback, trail ride, beach ride and jump on after long periods off.Rosie does not love to event, she has had many placings and wins, but she has also had many stops and eliminations, her main issue is water for this reason we have decided to sell her as my daughter just wants to event, my daughter has also moved onto bigger mounts.Rosie has recently started competing elementary dressage, she regularly scores well in her dressage phasesShe is jumping 80/85cm and trained up to 1m at home, she rarely has a pole and is good at turns and angles against the clockShe has been very successful at Gymkhanas winning many Overall Champions, due to her consistent flat work, clean Showjumping and Fast games, she loves bouncing pony!Rosie has done lots of games training and competed at pairs games, we believe she would excel as a games pony; however she is yet to compete at Zone/state level due to her being too big as a games pony for my daughter, I rode her at a fun adults games day when she was 4 and she was super.Rosie is a mare and can have Marey moments, she can put her ears back but is happy to be loved, cuddled and brushed for long periods of time, she has regularly been out by herself or with a team of up to 4 friends, she is no different and doesn't buddy with other horses, she has always been handled and ridden by a competent child with no issues. Too many placings to list, but many wins at zone and state level

Childrens First Pony A Special Little Teacher Thunder is a 10-year-old miniature pony, approximately 8hh (not officially measured), looking for his next little rider. We purchased Thunder as a first pony for our 3- and 5-year-old daughters, and he has been the most wonderful introduction to pony life. Sadly, our girls have now outgrown him, and its time for Thunder to find a new small person to love and teach.Thunder is an excellent lead-line pony and can happily be ridden off-lead by a confident and persistent child. He has attended pony club and been out on trails with our kids, teaching them so much along the way.He is a cheeky little pony with personality to match! Like many clever ponies, he can test boundaries from time to time, so he does best with a confident child or with some adult supervision when needed. The good stuff:Great to floatEasy to wash and groomGood for the farrier and dentistUsed to pony club and trail ridesFine with dogs (he plays with ours regularly!)Like many ponies, he can sometimes be a little tricky to catch though our kids seem to have the magic touch!Thunder is priced at $3,000, or $3,300 including gear (pony pad, saddle blanket, bridle, and headstall). This is a very sad sale for our family, and Thunder will only go to the very best of homes. Please reach out if you think you can offer this special little pony the loving home he deserves

For sale Moon is a beautiful gelding that we have for sale on behalf of his lovely owner. 8yo grey OTT that was raced under Nalaad. Moon only had one start to his racing career so he is eligible for the OTT series and would be very competitive in whatever discipline you enter him in with his 3 lovely expressive movements. His definitely got that look at me personality that judges love. Moon is one of those horses that has done it all gone to pony club, Adult riders, level 3 dressage days, local shows, xc schooling, trail riding and Nav rides Moon has recently been in work with us for the last 4 weeks and we have been blown away with how easy going this boy is. Happy to be tied up by his own with horses coming and going in the paddock, happy to stand by his hay all day. Moon catches you in the paddock and is great to shoe/float/clip. The owner and riders have done a wonderful job producing this lovely horse but also a credit to the horse taking everything in his stride.Moon is best suited to a confident rider due to him being a very smart horse and to keep him progressing in his work he would suit someone who isnt afraid to push his buttons in a kind gentle way. I personally find him pretty straight forward to ride. Has been working on his lateral work as well as introducing some counter canter work. He is also the sort of horse that he doesnt need 7 days a week but does benefit when ridden consistently. Has been seen to windsuck I havent seen him do it but others have. We dont use a collarLooking for his next loving home due to the owner's medical circumstances and unable to keeping him in work. Hard sale for the owners so please no time wastersFeel free to give me a txt or pm for more information or send me a pm for videos.
