Flashy and Talented Gelding with Talent to Burn

$15,000.00

  • Discipline:Showjumping
  • Breed:Thoroughbred
  • Gender:Gelding
  • Height:16h 2"
  • Age:7

Flashy, talented and built to impress, Rain is an 8 year old chestnut gelding who is the full package. Extreamly bold with eye catching presence, he has the looks of a warmblood, the bling to turn heads and the scope to match. With his sweet puppy dog nature and being such an easy keeper, Rain is a dream to own. Rain has been carefully and correctly produced since retiring from racing. He is currently competing up to 100cm with ease and confidently schooling 110cm at home. He has already shown glimpses of his talent, clearing up to 125cm in a puissance. Very brave and bold, he has also been cross country schooling where he impressed everyone with his confidence and natural ability. On the flat, Rain works in a natural collected frame with three lovely paces. He is balanced, rhythmic and soft. He has never bucked, reared or bolted and has no spook or dirt, and no bad habits like wind sucking. He self loads onto sraight load floats no problem, and has lovely manners. In the jumpring he can get a little hot headed but with more outings he is improving every time and bearly does anymore this will only continue to get better. This gelding has the temperament and versatility to excel in any discipline. He has the scope for showjumping, the movement for dressage and the boldness for eventing. He is reliable, safe not spooking and a joy to handle both at home and out competing. Rain truly is a special horse with talent to burn and in the right hands he will go far. Honestly heartbroken to be selling as he was going to be my next big thing, but money is just to tight at the moment. I would love for him to go to an experienced home where his potentailly can be brought out even more.

Glenara Oaks Bring It On (Bring It) is a brilliant showjumper, incredibly athletic, bold, and super careful. We've produced her over the last couple of years and now and she's really starting to step up. She has a lovely technique over the fence. She's a really sweet mare, always loves a cuddle, really good to shoe, travel, and to get her teeth done.Bring It is confident jumping around 1.20-1.25m and we've competed a few 1.30m classes recently on her in the Rising Stars at Tamworth World Cup Show, and Qld Country Titles. She's got amazing potential and scope to go higher. She's a very competitive horse and has placed in quite a few classes over the years, coming 1st at the Festival Of Showjumping 5/6 year class last year, placed at Tamworth 2024 and this year, she jumped the best she's jumped at Maryborough Country State Titles, she's a clever mare. She's very good at shows, we've taken her to a few ag shows as well and nothing bothers her, she ties up to the truck all day at a show. Bring It's flat work is nice, she's soft in the mouth. She's happy in a herd or by herself.Bring It is a very easy going mare, she loves creating a bond with you so that you can jump as a team. She would suit an intermediate rider that's already out and competing and would like to step up in heights, but we'd love her to go into a professional stable to see how far she can go. she's a lovely horse and has some of the best blood lines in the world, her sire Big Star is one of the World's top jumping horses, retiring after two Olympic Gold Medals https://eis-breeding.com.au/stallions/big-star-frozen-semen-australia/ and her Dam, Glenara KG Cinderella is very well bred out of Cristalline, being one of the top mounts in the US Jumping Athlete Adrienne Sternlicht since 2016 and her Dams sire, Conquistador was the only stallion with two offspring among the 30 best horses at the 2018 World Equestrian Games in Tryon, NC https://www.superiorequinesires.com/conquistador/This is a very sad sale, s...

Sire: Glenormiston Hazy Dane Dam: Cross of Malta Breeder: Asham Connemaras & Sporthorses Lovely 6 yo 15.3hh Connemara gelding with a super temperament and loads of potential. Arlo has the genuine Connemara brain & heart – there’s something special about this breed. They’re tough, trainable, careful & brave. He’s currently training around 80-90cm and has competed at a few shows where he was unfazed by the atmosphere. He’s been out to the beach, cross country schooling, gone to hectic, noisy Ag shows tied up to a float and has been an absolute gem. Arlo is not suitable for a beginner as he is young and needs training & experience to continue to go up the grades. Together with his teenage rider he has had ongoing lessons & training with a World Cup showjumper, but is now for sale as my daughter has started a business & no longer has the time to give him the attention he needs. Always honest and brave to a fence, showing plenty of scope and a great attitude towards his work. Arlo is a pleasure to have around — easy to shoe, float, rug, and catch. He LOVES human company & his food. A super sweet, trainable young gelding ready to continue up the grades with his next rider.
