Bluey is a rising 4yo grey gelding, approx 12hh. He is a quiet, well-handled pony with a very soft and kind temperament. Bluey loves children and is happy for kids to walk up to him, catch him and brush him with no issues. He is easy to manage, good to catch (when not running with a herd), leads, ties, washes and picks up all four feet well. He is green broken and has had a couple of rides. He has never bucked, reared or bolted. He was turned out and has recently been brought back into work and saddled again with no issues. Although Bluey is great around kids, he is sold as a project pony due to his age and level of education and is not a beginner pony. Due to unforeseen circumstances I sadly have to sell the horse that I planned to have for my retirement. My 13 years old 16hh TB x Stockhorse/QH with brands has worked out west doing stock work. Up to date with teeth, hooves - barefoot trim every 5 weeks, Hendra vac, microchip and floats even after months in paddock. Tends to be at the bottom of the herd so comes with a few bites and scratches but he is a fun horse to ride who loves hugs and kisses by his human. Backs beautifully and fine going over cavallettis. Will lunge but not sure what it's for as western aid trained. Will mount on left and right side plus likes being ground tied. No fuss boy who takes most things in his stride. Fine with dogs, buggys, whippersnipper, loud noises, construction around the paddock didn't faze him and anything wrapped around his legs is no problem at all. First hand saw his legs wrapped in fencing wire with no panic or bolting. Really sorry to let him go but will tell reason to serious buyers only. No time wasters as hard enough.

He is a beautiful light Buckskin colour and is adorable. He is an amazing jumper and loves jumping, he refuses nothing. He absolutely loves trail riding and is our guide horse for most of your group trail rides. Many horses do not like to be in front, he loves it ! Dusty has come straight from the breeder 3 years ago, to us, no hidden stories. He has been very well trained and managed. Has never been lame or sick in his life. He is not a beginner's horse, he is super kind and adorable but is a performance pony in the jumping ring, not a plotter around. This is the reason why we are selling him. Most of our clients are learning to ride. he would suit a competent junior rider wanting to take him to the next level ( he hasn't competed yet but would love it ) or an adult rider for leisure riding / trail riding. With an extremely heavy heart, I’ve made the decision to find a new home for my beautiful boy, Navy. This is not a decision I make lightly, and the only reason I am rehoming him is because of his size (16hh) and his behaviour around food. At feed time he can pin his ears and be bossy. I believe this stems from being bullied by a previous paddock mate, and while this can absolutely be worked on, as a beginner with children around I simply don’t have the confidence to manage it safely. Im hoping I don’t regret my decision as I love him so much. Outside of feed time, Navy is a dream. He floats first go, every time, doesn’t require shoes, and is much more “woah” than “go.” He would be an amazing partner for pony club, trail riding, or general pleasure riding, and would suit a confident beginner and up. He loves to be brushed by my children and I, and loves bath time. Amazing for the farrier as well, and has no buck or bolt or bite. He’s a relaxed, easygoing boy who I think is a bit too lazy to want a highly competitive job! Navy does require a windsucking collar if he isn’t on an electric fence, but this is his only real quirk. He means the absolute world to me, so I will only consider the very best of homes. Saddle, bridle, and reins will come with him. Laquita is suitable for experienced teen adult, unfortunately hasn't been out and about due to work etc. Soft kind mare, make a awesome broodmare, cattle , showing. Definitely no beginners.
