Rembrandt van Merindah is a Friesian Warmblood gelding for sale. DOB 10 Jan 2024, he is 85% Friesian. Sire is KFPS Henrik OP, Grandsire Eise 489 - Sport Elite AAA and Dam is Black Magic Zoe (AFWH) Remmie is kind, calm and so easy to train. The videos were 13 May 2025 and is only his second foundation training session - Friesians have the most awesome trainable minds! He will have a solid foundation of training with polite and respectful manners, my aim is to have him calm, safe and responsive. This boy has a beautiful noble head and a slightly crested neck with an upright and typically modern Friesian body and he has exceptional breeding - look up his Grandsire, Eise 489 was purchased from the Netherlands and is now standing at stud in the US with Elite Dutch Sporthorses. Friesians are so trainable and highly versatile, he will suit dressage, working equitation or carriage and will be the most loving companion that will fill a place in your heart that only a Friesian can. With his high percentage, Remmie will mature and look like a purebred modern Friesian with a LOT of luxurious hair. He is young, you must demonstrate extensive practical horse experience to offer him a home. You may also elect to work through our young horse training program to acquire the skills needed to own and train a young horse.
