Friesian x Andalusian

Shepherds hill Julian. Triple registered AHAA(Andalusian), AFWHS(Friesian) and with a Warlander stud book*. 3/4 Friesian 1/4 Andalusian To my knowledge the only high percentage (75%) grey Friesian gelding in Australia. Boasting some impressive bloodlines from established breeders Sire is Leendert of Bella Donna (AAN 416 x VRONIE VAN DEDGUM STER) Dam Shepherds Hill Malina (Warlander) Julian is 3.5 years old, lightly started under saddle as a 3yo. He was already 15.3-16 hh tall. Just to walk and trot in the round yard, at the start of the year 2022. By myself with nearly 20 years experience. No problems at all, no buck or naughty behaviour more whoa than go. Will be super easy to finish off. Has been turned out to grow again over this winter. (So currently not in work due to age) But I would have full confidence in jumping on him out of work now without problems as his temperament is very quiet. As it looks like I will have to do so for some video. Nicely built and up hill, Very soft, quiet and kind gelding like a big teddy bear. Started under saddle with dressage and showing in mind so already has the understanding of leg aids to bend around legs and give to the contact as well as in hand work for in hand showing. Long reined and has been lightly working in side reins. He has had all the right nutrition, handling and time to grow thus far. Has been well socialised and friendly with other horses. Super easy to work with as he just wants to please. He attended the AHAA state show in hand, March this year, for his first outing and had lots of comments on how well behaved he was and of course a bunch of blue ribbons. All the ground work is done and established. Doesn’t make a peep in the float or truck. Very respectful on the ground and around your space. A very easy young horse to have around. He has an abundance of that Friesian and Andalusian mane and tail as well as the fancy foot work, and movement. Even as a baby he seems to turn heads everywhere he goes. Regretful sale but I will be relocating back to Queensland, studying and not riding for a while. Even tho he is started under saddle he is not finished has only had walk and trot in the round yard and a few walks around the aggistment property under saddle. He will only be considered to a serious rider and price reflects his quality and home I’m looking for.
