Billy would make a perfect project pony for an experienced rider. Learns very quickly and has a lot of potential. Easy to catch, float, trim, tie up ect. Has started walking and a bit of trotting under saddle with a rider but needs more work. Can be a bit cheeky but is so friendly. Can come fully mounted with fitted saddle, bridle and rugs.
