Friesian Mare for Lease . Emma is a 9 year old mare available for in-site lease. She is which provides for stunning aesthetics, a wonderful disposition, and an approachable size that is suitable for a petite woman or child. I have had Emma for 4 years and she is a lovely horse that I have had the privilege of spending my young adult life with. I have had to move across the country for vet school so unfortunately Emma is not being ridden which I feel is a disservice to her. She has a strong desire to please, is familiar to trail, western riding styles, eastern riding styles, dressage, and is capable of ground driving. She would be appropriate for children due to her sweet and calm disposition, however, she requires a rider with some experience and confidence. She isn’t spooky and is great with the vet, farrier, wash stalls/bathing, is good with her feet, and has impeccable ground manners and under saddle. She truly is such a gem of a little horse and I hold her dear to my heart. I think that she will really be enjoyed by someone who is looking to delve into horsemanship.
