She has always been a kids pony, and every family I have spoken to that has owned Sophie has absolutely adored her. On the ground- She is good to catch, picks up all her feet easy, good to rug and unrug, groom her everywhere without worrying about biting or kicking. She is very patient and will stand all day. Excellent to float and take new places and is a pleasure to have in the paddock. Under saddle- No buck, bolt, rear, or anything of the like. She is easy to saddle and just jump on. She is well educated on the flat and will perform a lovely dressage test. Has competed show jumping at 90cm, and done a few cross country courses. She has also done gymkhanas and other pony club events. Beautiful in and around other horses, or on her own. She is not lazy, but not too forward either, she will only give you what you ask. She would be fine for nervous riders, but the owners would love to see her go to a capable rider who will go out and enjoy her and learn from her.
