Jasper- 14.2 Australian Riding Pony.

Jasper, 14.2, 18 yo bay gelding. Ideal ladies mount or second horse. Best of homes only. Not suitable for beginners, or people looking for something to quietly trail ride once a fortnight. Unfortunately due to work and study commitments Jasper has not been consistently in work for some time and it is with great difficulty and sadness that I need to find him a home with someone who is in a position to put in the time with him. He is a dark bay gelding who stands 14.2 and has lovely features, except for a large scar on his near side hind leg. He is a very sweet natured and willing boy that would love to have someone who can give him the attention he deserves. He has been used for pony club, dressage, ag shows and trail riding in groups in the past. However, he loves to run and can be very hot or forward to ride and needs a rider confident enough to gently and consistently slow him down. He would make a lovely horse for an experienced rider or someone looking for their second or third horse. He is is still as bright and sparky as when I got him at age 4 and would be a suitable mount for adult riding club or low level showing. He gets along great with other horses (consistently bottom of the pecking order) and is easy to catch, rug, wash, have his feet done etc. Please message me for further information, as above, I will not consider selling him to anyone looking for a beginners mount.
