Potential plus TB gelding

Absolutely heartbreaking EOI of a MUCH loved family member - due to kids and needing to cut down on costs- it’s just too difficult to keep them all in work and this guy could make someone so happy! If a perfect home isn’t found he will stay with us. Rising 7, approx 16.3hh TB gelding (very big built also) Compliments everywhere he goes and always mistaken for a Warmblood . Has had dressage lessons and shows enormous potential in this discipline . He is a total dude on the ground - more human than horse and never fails to make you laugh ! Loves all other animals, adores children and is so safe . Great to float , shoe , trim up and he loves cuddles and FOOD! I have owned him since OTT, but due to falling pregnant 2 years ago, taking on other horses and being a mum I have never given him the time and consistent work he deserves . He is very chilled and quite lazy under saddle, however he can can have usual green OTT moments and can get tense when you first get on (due to a compressed nerve in his back we found a few months ago) that’s now all fixed but If you let him stop and give him a pat he will soon happily go about his work , not spooky and would be a great trail riding horse I am sure ! I have jumped him over some small fences also, he enjoys pole work and cruising around . Price only reflects the fact I have not yet “competed” him and he does need more consistent flat work! If the perfect home was found he would come with his special engraved leather halter , sheepskin paddock halter , bridle & bit he likes , 1 brand new cotton combo , 1 x paddock cotton combo , 1 x warm winter combo and anything else you may need for him, discounted farrier plus any help you ever require with him ! We will be extremely fussy in parting with this horse so please don’t be offended if we don’t think you are the right match for him! Experienced , kind riders only and references are a must !!
